Conditions of reservation:
A reservation is effective only after the recording of the data of bank card. To know: N° of chart - Scratch date - the last 3 digits with the back.....
The down payments represent 50 % of the stay and are deduced from the note only at the end of the stay (room).
Any not-presentation involves the invoicing of the reserved period.
For any reservation less than 30 days before the date of the individual stay or resevation must be confirmed immediately.

Conditions of cancellation:
Any reservation not cancelled 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, will be regarded as effective.
Cancellation is without penalties more than 30 days before the arrivée.En case of late cancellation, the Hotel takes 50% of all the services to require (for the travel agencies or another company).
